Ms. Ananya Tripathi is currently the CEO of White hat Jr. White hat Jr is an ed-tech Company serving online live tutoring classes to 250000+ students globally and has presence across US, Brazil, Mexico, UK, Australia and India. Her past experience includes – Managing Director at KKR Capstone from January 2019 till March 2022 and Chief Category & Strategy Officer at Myntra from 2015 till 2018. She has also been a junior partner at McKinsey. She has been the Board member across many industries including listed companies. Her past board appointments include JB Chemicals (Listed), Max Healthcare (Listed), Lighthouse Learning (Unlisted), Wildcraft (Unlisted) etc. Ananya is a Computer Engineer (Gold Medallist) from AIT, Pune University and has an MBA (Gold Medallist) from IIM Kozhikode. She is the recipient of Economics Times Women Ahead Award 2019. Her expertise and experience are in business strategy, business analysis, management consulting, competitive analysis etc. She is an Angel Investor, Runner and Reader.
